Employment Application Process
We appreciate your interest in employment with College of Marin. The College only accepts applications through our online application system and only for current, open recruitments or open, continuous faculty pools. Online applications are stored on a secure site, powered by NeoGov (SchoolJobs.com). Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.
You must have a valid email address to access the system. Applicants who have applied for other positions using GovernmentJobs.com may use their previously created account when applying for jobs with College of Marin ‐ see 'Returning Applicants' below. Be sure to add info@schooljobs.com to your address book/approved list of senders to ensure you receive our email communications.
First‐time Applicants
Please review the Online Application Guide (PDF) for detailed instructions on how to apply for a position or pool.
- Search the posting alphabetically;
- Click Apply at the top of the posting;
- Use the Create an Account feature to create a username and password. From there, follow the onscreen instructions for building your application.
Note: DO NOT IMPORT your resume/C.V. into the system at the beginning of the application process; instead, enter your Work and Education History manually (importing your resume may result in loss of formatting and chronological rearrangement that is difficult to correct).
